How it works

It’s simple: book your hours and use your time. We’ll clarify your priorities and what can realistically be completed within your chosen hours.

Minimum booking: 4 hours (purchased in advanced)
Timeframe: Booked hours must be used within 1 month of purchase
Using your time: Hours can be spread across multiple small tasks or focused on one larger project
Additional time: If you need more help once your initial block is used, extra hours can be added (always confirmed with you first)

When you have a mix of design tasks or ongoing projects and need flexible support, you can hire me by the hour. Your booked hours can be used for almost any design task that fits within the time.

Frequently Asked Questions

The minimum booking is 4 hours, but you may book up to 30 hours in advance. These hours can be used over a month, or in consecutive days (subject to scheduling). We can discuss what’s realistic within your timeframe and budget.
We’ll discuss your priorities at the beginning so we can tackle the most important tasks first.
- If your tasks take less time than booked, any remaining hours can be used for other design tasks within the same 1-month period.
- If it looks like your requested work will exceed your booked hours, you can choose to add extra time at $75 + GST per hour if you’d like to cover more.
If you’re unsure how best to use any leftover time, I can suggest ways to make the most of your remaining hours (for example, creating a few extra social tiles or tidying up additional documents).
Turnaround depends on the size and complexity of your tasks, as well as my current schedule.
You can choose to:
- Use your hours over time (for example, a few hours per week),
- Use them in larger blocks (for example, 2–3 consecutive days, if scheduling allows), or
- Provide a list of tasks to be completed over an agreed period.
If you have a specific deadline, mention it in your enquiry so I can confirm what’s possible.
You’ll receive high-quality files suitable for the intended use (print or digital), which we’ll confirm at the start of the booking. If you need specific formats or sizes, just let me know when you enquire.
