Frequently Asked Questions

  • A “revision” is a reasonable change or adjustment to the existing design—for example, tweaks to colours, spacing, layout, or small typographic changes.


    Requests that significantly change the original brief or require a new design direction (for example, a completely new layout, new concept, or multiple alternative versions) are considered out of scope. These can usually still be accommodated and will be billed at $75 + GST per hour, at the Designer’s discretion.

  • Elise Maunder Design works flexibly as a virtual and remote studio. I always do my best to meet your timelines, but not every last-minute request can be treated as a priority.

    As a guide:

    • Smaller projects (e.g. Social Mini Pack) usually need at least 1–2 weeks.

    • Larger projects (e.g. Social Custom Template Pack) usually need 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity and content.

    Please allow ample time for your project to avoid missed deadlines. If you have a specific date in mind, mention it in your enquiry so I can let you know what’s possible.

  • Each service includes files suitable for social media use:

    Social Mini Pack: High-quality JPEG files, ready to post.

    Social Custom Template Pack: Ready-to-post JPEG files plus editable Canva templates.

    Premade Social Templates: Editable Canva templates (you can export your own final files from Canva).

    If you need anything specific (for example, ad specs for a particular platform), please mention it in your enquiry.

  • Yes. I can help source suitable stock images if needed for your project. Where paid stock images or licences are required, these costs will either:

    • Be added to your final invoice at $10 + GST per image, or

    • Be purchased directly by you (with guidance from me), depending on what works best for you.

  • For these packages, the core messages or content ideas come from you—for example, from your website, blog posts, existing captions, or key points you provide. I shape that content into clear, on-brand text for the graphics themselves (titles, short captions on the image, key points).

    Full caption writing for each post (long-form captions to go with the graphics) is not provided as part of these services.
