Frequently Asked Questions

  • A “revision” is a reasonable change or adjustment to the existing design—for example, tweaks to colours, spacing, layout, or small typographic changes.

    Requests that significantly change the original brief or require a new design direction (for example, a completely new layout, new concept, or multiple alternative versions) are considered out of scope. These can usually still be accommodated and will be billed at $90 + GST per hour, at the Designer’s discretion.

  • Elise Maunder Design works flexibly as a virtual and remote studio. I always do my best to meet your timelines, but not every last-minute request can be treated as a priority.

    As a guide:

    • Smaller items (e.g. business cards, flyers, pull-up banners) usually need at least 1–2 weeks.

    • Larger items (e.g. brochures, documents, presentations) usually need 2–4 weeks, depending on length and complexity.

    Please allow ample time for your project to avoid missed deadlines. If you have a specific date in mind, mention it in your enquiry so I can let you know what’s possible.

  • Each service includes high-quality files suitable for print and/or digital use, as outlined in the package description.

    If you need specific file types or formats for your printer, platform or supplier, please let me know when you enquire so I can make sure you receive exactly what you need.

  • Design services cover the creation of the artwork and supply of print-ready or screen-ready files.

    Printing (for example, business cards, brochures, banners) and production costs are not included in the listed prices. If you’d like help organising printing, I’m happy to recommend suppliers or provide a separate quote where possible.

  • Yes. I can help source suitable stock images if needed for your project. Where paid stock images or licences are required, these costs will either:

    • Be added to your final invoice at $10 + GST per image, or

    • Be purchased directly by you (with guidance from me), depending on what works best for you.

  • Most likely, yes. In addition to the services listed, I can help with:

    • Postcards, gift vouchers, promo cards

    • Menus or price lists

    • Event invitations and posters

    • Media kits or capability statements

    • Other one-off marketing pieces
